This guide will walk you through the setup of an automated Plex Media Server. Once completed you will be able to request a movie or TV show and it will be downloaded and added to your Plex server automatically.

Go to https://www.plex.tv/claim/, create a Plex account if you don’t already have one. Once signed up/in copy the claim code to your clipboard, this will be needed for successful completion of this guide.

Updates

There has been several changes to this guide due to recent  forced authentication and SSL to all apps. If you're experiencing issues of Ombi not sending requests to Sonarr/Radarr, please follow this.

1. Set all apps to get access via SSL: How to access applications over SSL (HTTPS)
2. On Ombi, enter the following:

Host: username.lwxxx.usbx.me
Port: 443
URL Base: App name that you're going to connect (eg /radarr /sonarr)

ENSURE THAT USE SSL IS ENABLED

This guide will be updated soon.

Initial Setup

Install all required programs using the USB Control Panel:

  1. Log in to cp.ultraseedbox.com.

  2. Click connect on the server you wish to set up automation on.

  3. Browse to installers.

  4. Install Plex and use the claim code acquired in the previous step when prompted.

If you plan to use torrents:

Install your preferred torrent client. You can choose between Deluge, Transmission or rTorrent (rTorrent requires you to also install the ruTorrent webUI). This guide will explain the setup of Deluge.

If you plan to use usenet:

Install your preferred NZB downloader. You can choose between SABnzbd or NZBget. This guide will explain the setup of SABnzbd.
